Since 2016, the Johns Hopkins International Injury Research Unit and Global Road Safety Partnership – with support from Bloomberg Philanthropies – have trained more than 600 road safety professionals from over 60 countries via a suite of Global Road Safety Leadership Course.
The course aims at building leadership capacity to design, advocate for, and implement effective road safety programs and policies. Each offering includes, among others, sections on:
- Road safety management
- Safer roads and mobility
- Safer vehicles
- Safer road users
- Post-crash response
